Lifetech Annual Event: the BLSI reunites with several of its alumni

On 26 March 2026, Gianluigi Arialdi, CEO of BLSI, took part in the Lifetech Annual Event: Startups Meet Giants, organised by lifetech.brussels at the Royal Library of Belgium. This year’s event focused on collaborations between start-ups and industry actors in the fields of MedTech, biotech-pharma and e-health.

This time around, Gianluigi met up with three alumni: Fabrice Kwetchet, founder of ULALO; Gregory Vanderveken, founder of Wheeleo®; and Isabelle de Thysebaert, co-founder of COVARTIM. Their discussions focused on their companies' development and the milestones they had achieved since their time at the incubator.

As a company is only hosted at BLSI for a certain time, its further development after this phase gives substance to the work carried out during the incubation phase.

Beyond economic and technological considerations, these reunions also highlight the human dimension of entrepreneurial support and the long-term professional ties forged during the incubation period.
